As a retired teacher, I’m committed to providing individualized tailor-made sessions designed to give you the outcomes you want.
Most of your thoughts, actions, behaviors, emotions, and feelings originate in your unconscious. You may not be aware of this, but your conscious awareness takes up about 10-12%, while your unconscious takes up 88-90%. Since that’s where all the action is, that is where change needs to happen first.
Hypnotherapy is a process of helping you get unstuck from the autopilot mode that controls your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and habits, so you regain the power to make choices that are right for you.
A lot of people are curious about Hypnosis and how it works. Hypnotherapy is highly effective for people who want to change and are ready to change but are stuck in patterns of behavior that they can’t get out of by themselves.
They are stuck in those patterns for a reason. There is a conflict between their conscious wants and desires and their unconscious attitudes, perceptions, and beliefs. Although they want to change consciously, their unconscious prevents that change for some reason.
In Hypnosis, the conscious mind is bypassed to let ideas and suggestions be seeded in the unconscious so those patterns can be changed. I speak to your unconscious mind in a way those ideas and suggestions can create positive and enduring change.
Hypnotherapy is different from cognitive behavioral therapy because you don’t need to talk on and on about your problem or your background in depth. Cognitive-behavioral therapy targets your conscious mind. I use hypnotic suggestions to target your unconscious mind. Hypnotherapy supports your mental health, emotional health, and physical health.

Because I provide a solution-oriented approach to each client, I don’t offer just a one-and-done session treatment. That is just treating the surface condition. I offer a comprehensive program that targets various aspects of your problem that affect you that maybe even you are not aware of. My program consists of four one-on-one hypnotherapy sessions, empowering techniques, MP3 audios that are yours to download and keep, curated videos, and more.
As for myself, I have also seen a huge change in my behavior. I no longer body shame myself. I have been doing yoga daily for over a week now & can already feel a difference in my flexibility & overall wellbeing. We have started hiking again as well & it feels great. I have also noticed a slight change in my eating habits & am optimistic in where things will go from here.
